No new facts of lmportanco wero developed de-veloped an a result of tho cross-examination today. Indications aro that it will be two or threo daya before tho plaintiff's case Is finished. There aro witnesses not yot called who will succeed Maj. Taggart on tho stand j beforo Mrs. Taggart's case If called, and i theso may take until Thursday.
