Extend Telephone System. On July 3 telephone communication was opened through from Agana to Sumu, connecting the Government office with the cable station. It Is now proposed to hasten connections with the more rc-mote rc-mote and Inaccessible districts of Agat, IH Mcrlzo and Incrajan Good Honds Movement. A strenuous effort Is also being made to extend tho roads of tho island to the outlying districts.
