Show Court Notes. Suit to recover 52000 damages for alleged al-leged unlawful and malicious arrest was filed In the District court yesterday yester-day by W. G. Ehlert against J. B. Taylor. Tay-lor. The complaint recites that on April IS, 1901, the above defendant swore to a complaint charging the plaintiff with stealing twelve planks valued at $10, and that the above plaintiff plain-tiff was arrested and Imprisoned for two hours. On April 20th, It Is alleged, the plaintiff was arraigned before City Judge Dlehl and acquitted of the' crime, charged. By reason of tho publication pub-lication of the plaintiff's arrest he claims that his business, that of a building contractor, was damaged In the sum of 52000. Anna C. Klein was granted a divorce from Lou W. Klein by Judge Hall yesterday, yes-terday, on the ground of non-support Tho couple were married September 6, 1837, at Omaha, Neb., and have one child. Tho plaintiff was granted the custody of the minor and restored to her maiden name of Anna C. Jucklneas. Charles M. Coddlngton, a miner of Bingham, has filed a petition In bankruptcy bank-ruptcy In the United States court. He gives his liabilities at $1161.43 and his assets at $1351.35. |
