the name of Chairman Chair-man Hasson as a candidate Mrs Hllllard of Ogden said that the liberal faction had waived a good deal and the least that could be done was to nominate ono of the candidates named by the liberal u ton Mrs M M Johnson advocated the nomination of Dr Schock as a concession Secretary Secre-tary Smith thereupon read n communication communi-cation from Dr Schock in which he expressed his willingness to withdraw If tho convention acted in good faith Edler declared tho nomination of Schock very shocking because he was not a member of the party This nlap was promptly
