Show INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN REGISTERED ALIENS mln" AVlL'n RcSistration Act of 1940 requires every resident non-citizen non-citizen to notify, in writing, the Commissioner of Immigration and Naturalization, Washington, U. C., of each change of permanent perma-nent residence address, within five (5) days of such change. In every case where a non-citizen non-citizen has been registered by a parent or guardian, the change of address notification must be sent to the Commissioner by that parent or guardian. Every temporary resident noncitizen must notify the Commissioner Com-missioner of his or her address every three (3) months, whether or not there has been a changee. Failure to comply with this requirement of the Alien Registration Regis-tration Act will result in a fine of one hundred ($100) dollars, or three months imprisonment, or both.
