Show BEQUESTS TO CHURCH R C Madsen Wants His Grave Kept in Good Condition John Clark yesterday petitioned the Probate court for admission of the will of Peter C Maascn who died December Decem-ber 4th and the Issuance of letters testamentary to himself The amount I of the estate which is entirely personal Is S3GOO of which 3500 Is in promissory notes and the remainder in cash The decedent was 70 years old The legatees named in the will are Mary Lund and Ethel Reta Madsen Home who get all of his household goods and effects share and share alike The former Is I bequeathed 400 in cash as a i3terInlaw the latter COO and 200 goes to Bishop Ileber C Ivcrson of the Second ecclesiastical ward In trust for the benefit of the ward Tn President Joseph F Smith Is left 1300 In trust for the benefit of the Mormon church with the proviso that the trustee keep green and In good condition the decedents lot in the cemetery where he and his wife arc buried and the halflot to the south in which rest the remains of his son The residue of the estate Is bequeathed to his friend John Clark who Is named as sole executor without bonds and who Is 1 directed to crecr a suitable and proper monument on Madsens grave and a subitanflal and proper coping around the cemetery lot The petition wjll be heard on Friday January 30th |
