OCR Text	Show COMPLAINT AGAINST NORRIS Ho Will Have to Answer Court on Serious Charge William Norris who was arrested a few days ago by Detective Pender and Capt Brown on the charge of disturbing the peace and sentenced to serve twentylive days will have to answer to a more serious his Is a com Otis charge when term up na plaint charging him with assault with a deadly weapon has been sworn to against him Norris at the time of his arrest caused a considerable disturbance but the officers did not learn tho full particulars of his offense until after he had been sentenced on the charge of disturbing the poact He quarreled with a railroad man 11Qce and thu atoned to cut his heart out and pulled a pocketknife slashing tho railroad rail-road mal In the back on his coat and no doubt would have killed him had It not been for some bystanders who stopped the quarrel
