1 Moral Courage was the subject of nn oration by David Parrish Howells of the normal class The speaker gave full praise to the men and women who devote their lives to a betterment of the condition of society at the expense ex-pense of their own pleasure and appealed 1 ap-pealed to his classmates to learn for themselves the right of all questions nnd then staudtfor that no malter what t II I the
