Show A critic says that from an artistic point of view the greatest mistake that Kipling ever made was to not die last spring that enthusiasm over him has died away and the public seems to have turned from his stormy pictures Our own Judgment is that Kipling will triumph tri-umph yet He went through a frightful spell of Illness It probably changed the whole course of his mind Very likely It weakened his power of expression expres-sion and may have aged his intellect more than several years of natural life I would But the strength Is still there and If we mistake not he will yet on perhaps lower and stronger lines write something which all the ages to come will treasure |
