Show r OGDEN DEPARTMENT r DIES IN THE STREET An Iowa Mnn Whose Hemains Arc to Be Shipped East Yesterday afternoon a stranger was found on iho sidewalk In front of the Tanner block by Mr Pcery In a dying 4 condition Mr Perry had gono across the street from the mill to the storeroom in the Tanner block and found the man groveling on the sidewalk evidently In great pain Ho removed him to the storeroom store-room and telephoned for the City Physlj clan who Injected some morphine Into his aim to relieve Ito pain and ho was placed In a cab and started for the county jail but died before tim cab had gone a block At the jail his clothing was searched and a letter found which seems to Indi cate that his name was Harry B Cush Ing The letter had been addressed gen oral dollverv Salt Lake City and was from June U Russell Churlton In evi dently a sister Another letter was found addressed to Jane E HiiHsell Charllon In lu which ho spoke ot his prospects for work In Ogden and seemed to indl cato that ho had been hero some time It is aid that ho has a divorced wife residing at Ccniney Neb A Coroners Jury composed of S H Hobson Chaso Ashlon and Chauncey Parry has been Impaneled and will hold an Inquest over the remains at 10 oclock this morning The undertaker wired last evening to the dead mans sister Mrs Jcv Russell at Charllon la and received a reply In structing him to embalm the body and ship it to her |
