Show If you fail so to do, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court, and a copy of which is hereto annexed and herewith served upon you. This is an action commenced and prosecuted to obtain judgment judg-ment foreclosing those two certain cer-tain mortgages in plaintiff's favor described as follows: (a) A mortgage dated September 26, 1960, in the original principal amount of $16,200.00 executed by defendants, Paul W. Bolden and Joyce M. Bolden, his wife, which said mortgage was recorded re-corded in the office of the Recorder Re-corder of Salt Lake County, Utah, on October 17, 1960, in Book 1750 at Page 217; and (b) A mortgage dated May 6, 1960 in the original principal amount of $3,330.50 executed by defendant defend-ant Spacerama, Inc., a corporation, corpora-tion, which said mortgage was recorded in the office of the Recorder Re-corder of Salt Lake County, Utah, on May 12, 1960, in Book 1709 at Page 688. Said mortgages cover the following fol-lowing described real estate situate in Salt Lake County, State of Utah: All of Lot 1. APPLE VALLEY VAL-LEY NO. 1 SUBDIVISION, according to the official plat thereof, on file and of record rec-ord in the office of the Re- corder of said County. Dated November 13, 1962.
