Open competitve examinations for Surveying Aid and Engineering Engineer-ing Aid positions in the Bureau of Reclamation have been announced an-nounced by the Board of U. S. Civil Service Examiners in Salt Lake City. Salaries range from $3255 to $3755 per annum. Employment will be in Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Ari-zona, New Mexico and Wyoming. Applications or information may be obtained from the Civil Service Representatives in the Post Office. Spring range and big game surveys are continuing over the state, the department of fish and game reminded this week. Spokesmen said unpredictable weather conditions had caused tne dates 01 several survey rides to be changed and that more such changes could be expected as the surveys continue through April. They advised all parties interested in-terested in taking part in the annual rides to contact their local department field men or department regional offices regarding re-garding survey dates for the big game ranges where theyare interested in-terested in participating. Army Recruit Gordon Hudson of 1378 Leadville Ave., recently was asigned to Headquarters Detachment, De-tachment, Army Chemical Corps Proving Grounds in Dugway. He entered the Army last September Sep-tember and completed his basic training at Fort Ord, Calif. He is a 1954 graduate of West High School and a graduate of the University of Utah. Before entering the Army he was employed em-ployed by the Amalgamated Sugar Su-gar Co. in Ogden. |
