Commissioner Cannon To Seek Reelection Edwin Q. Cannon, for six years a member of the Salt Lake County Coun-ty Commission, this week announced an-nounced he would seek re-election on the Republican ticket. He said he would run for the four-year term. He is the first Republican to announce. A long time Republican, he is president of the Salt Lake Stamp Co. During his years on the County Commission he has served as commissioner in charge of buildings build-ings and grounds and more recently re-cently as commissioner in charge of health and charity.
