Show Fish-Came Board Sets Regulations Fishing regulations for 1961 were set by Utah's Fish and Game Commission during a meeting held Monday at Cedar City. : 1 The general angling season will open Saturday, June 3, and continue con-tinue through Nov. 3Q next year, with same daily fishing hours of 4:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., as during recent seasons. Only minor changes to the angling regulations in force 'in 1960 were made by the five man policy jnaking body. Baits and lures were not changed although two changes were made in the creel limits for game fish species. Bag and possession pos-session limits for grayling were increased from 10 to 15 fish or seven pounds and one fish, while the take' of Bonneville Cisco from Bear Lake was increased from 25 to 50 fish during the special winter season set for Jan. 1-Feb. 15 for this water only. Additional low elevation water was added to the list of those already open to all year angling. A proclamation covering all rules and regulations for the '61 season will be published in the near future and reprints of the new orders available from department de-partment of fish and game offices of-fices and license agents in the state. |
