Show Famed Scientist to Speak at BYU Dr. James B. Kelley, president and technical director of Physics Research Laboratories, Inc., will be the guest speaker at the forum assembly at Brigham Young University Uni-versity Jan. 12 at 10 st.m. in the George Albert Smith Fieldhouse. Dr. Kelley 's subject will be "What Atomic Energy Means to You." He will explain things that lie ahead through atomic energy. He is also director of the Nuclear Nu-clear Safety Division of Byrne Associates, Inc., which is an architectural ar-chitectural ant engineering firm specializing in ' industrial utility and marine design and engineering engineer-ing work. He is presently completing com-pleting a report on investment prospects in atomic energy for 1959. As a consultant to the State of New York for three years, Dr. Kelley was charged with setting up the atomic energy program for the state and cordinating activities ac-tivities of the various state agencies. agen-cies. A booklet authored by Dr. Kelley, titled "Atomic Energy fojr Small Business" has an initial ini-tial printing of 20,000, copies and is being distributed by the U. S.
