Show AN ORD1NANOR TO TIX THE SALARIES af certain city officers and employes. Hi il Ordained, By the City Council of the city of Salt Lake, in purFaance of the resolution of amid City Council, duly passed at its special session ses-sion held on the 19th dar of March, 1892, and on the 20th day of March, 1892. Se tion 1. The salary of the City Attorney shall te two thousand five hundred dollars per annum. The salary of the Assistant City Attorney Attor-ney shall be fifteen hnndred dollars per annum. The salary of the Supervisor of Streets shall be two thousand dol'ars pr annum. Tha salary of the Superintendent of Sewer Construction shall be two thousand collars per annum. 1 he salary of the City c exton sha.l be twelve hundred dollars dol-lars rer annum and commission of 20 per cent on all sal? of burial lots in raid city cemetery. The salary of the Super. ntendent of Waterworks shall ba two thousand dollars per annum. The salary sal-ary of the Police Justice shall ba fifteen bund ed dollars per annum. The salary of the water master shall be two thousand dollars per annum. The salary of the chief of the fire department shall be two thousand dollars per annum. - The salary of tl.a cleik of the police court shall be twelve hundred dollars per annum. Section 2. Snch salaries shall be paid in equal monthly installments out of the city treasury at the end of each month, and the salaries herein fixed shall remain as the salaries of the officers and employees herein named until changed by the city council. Section 8. Such parts of former ordinances as purport to fix or regulate the salaries of the officers offi-cers named in the first section hereof are hereby repealed.
