Show THE LATEST RETURNS Kawlins' Plurality Is Now Over Three Thousand. HOW WEBER COUNTY VOTED. Cannon Ban Well in the City of Ogdcn The Democratic Leader Was stronger Throughout . the Territory Than Anybody Imagined Beports From Several Small Precincts. The delegate vote of Utah territory is very nearly complete and Joseph L. Rawlins hag a good clean plurality. According to The Timks figures the rote to date stands: Cannon, Can-non, 10,645; Rawlins, 13,016; Allen, 6699. This shows a plurality of 3271 for the Democratic Demo-cratic standard bearer. Since the last edition cf The Times yesterday yes-terday the vote of Weber county has been completed. Cannon had a fair plurality over Rawlins in the city, bat this was over-come over-come and a neat plurality captured by Rawlins Raw-lins throughout the county. The unterrified will have a jollification tonight to-night It looks as if they had the riht to indulge a little bit, at least It would be difficult to find a bigger man in Salt Lake than Elias A. Smith. The Tribune says that Judge Powers is mentioned as the probable successor to Anderson. Ah! - And now it's Ohio. Oh, Lord, will they never stop? Up to the hour of going to press the local Democrats had not claimed Pennsylvania for the party of Grover. The Utah brigadiers are in the saddle. Judge Henderson is thirty years younger.
