Show NEW INCORPORATIONS- Green Chloride Mining Company. Articles of Incorporation of the Green Chloride Mining company ware filed with Secretary Sells today. The company consists con-sists of Robert E. Byers, Gresham, Neb. ; John W. Power, Salt Lake City; Thomas W. Gamit, Marysville, Mo.; Lem C. Cone, Salt Lake City; William Banks, Chicago, 111.; J. M. Thomas and William Byers, Salt Lake City. The capital stock 8 placed at $100,000, divided into shares of $100 each. The company will develop the General Arthur. Monte Crista and McCawber mines in the Ophir district, Tooele countv. R. E. Byers is president; J. W. Power, vice president presi-dent and manager; W. A. Byers, treasurer, and J. M. Thomas, secretary. Columbia Miaing & Milling- Company; Articles of incorporation of the Colnmbia Mining & Mil.ing company were filed with the county clerk today. The company proposes pro-poses to conduct a general mining and milling mill-ing business in this territory, with Salt Lake City as the principal place of business. Incorporators In-corporators are F. Beyle, H. F. Gear, J. M. Hamilton, T. H. Hayden, Thomas Jones and Etta W. Gear. Capital stock is 600,000, divided into shares of ?5 each. T. H. Hav-den Hav-den is president; J. M. Hamilton, vice-president; F. Beyle, treasurer and secretary. The mining property consists of the Shoebridge tailings, in the Tintic district the SUver Point mining claim in Tooele county, coun-ty, also the High Tariff mining claim in Boise county, Idaho, and the Bed Rock placer mining claim in the same county. Clear Lake Mining & Irrigation Company. Com-pany. The JClear Lake Mining & Irrigation company filed articles of incorporation with the secretary today. The company is organized or-ganized to do business in Ogdcn and Idaho, with headquarters at Ogden. Incorporators Incorpora-tors are: Samuel H. Abbott, Lawrence Doyle and John McCoy of Ogden; John Powell and James Gifford of Wapi, Logan county, Idaho. Capital stock is 500,000, in shares of $1 each. . The object of the company com-pany is to buy and sell real estate and construct con-struct and ODerate reservoirs and irrigating ditches. Officers are: Samuel IL Aoboit, president; John H. Powell, vice-president; Lawrence Doyle, general manager; James Gifford, aecretary and treasurer. Ogden Canyon Mining Company. Articles of incorporation of the Ogden Canyon Mining fc Milling company were tiled with Secretary Sells to-day. The company com-pany has headquarters in Ogden and will operate in Ogden canyon. Capital 'stock is $1,500,000, divided iuto shares of one dollar each. ' The trustees for the first year are John A. Boyle, Thomas D. Dee, John Watson, Wat-son, J. C. Nye, Thomas Cunningham and George F. Leager. President, Thomas D. Dee; vice-president, John Watson; secretary secre-tary and treasurer, George E. Hyde, all of Ogden. The Meyer Institute. Articles of incorporation of the Meyer institute in-stitute of Utah were filed with the secretary of state today. The incorporators are L L. Meyer, M. D., Walter Richey, A. F. Lacy. G. S. Litzenberg and A. F. Richey, all of Ogden. The company is to exist for fifty years. The object is to establish throughout through-out the territory institutes fr the cure of the liquor, opium and tobacco habits. General Gen-eral place of business is Ogden.
