Show IN THE PROBATE COURT, SALT LAKE COUNTY. In the matter of the estate of Hiram II. El-dridge, El-dridge, deceased. It appearing bv the petition of Molly Eldridge, duly verified and filed herein that, at the time of the desth of the said liira :i H. Eldridge, the petitioner pe-titioner was his lawful wife, and that petitioner is entitled to And rtravs for an assignment of dower in the real estate of the deceased, described as ' follows: Part of lot B, in block 87, of Plat "A," Salt Lake City snrvey, commencing at apoint 74 feet south from the northwest corner of said lot 5, and running run-ning thence east 74 feet, theuce north S3 feet, thence west 4'-i feet, thence south S3 feet to the place of beginning, with a one-story frame house thereon. Part of lot 6, in block W7, Plat "A," Salt Lake City survey, commencing at a point 7 rods south from tho northwest corner of said lot S, running thence south 4Bvt feet, thence east Hi feet, theuce north 49li feet, thence west 132 fact to the place of beginning, together with seven cne-etory frame dwellings thereon. Part of lot 5, In block 97, Flat "A," Salt Lake City survey, commencing at a point 74V feet east froin the northwest corner of said lot 5, and running run-ning t ence east b feet, thence south 90 feet, thence west 57 feet, thance.aorth Mil feet to the place of beginning, with a one-story adobe dwelling dwell-ing thereon. Also: Lots 13, 14, 15 and 16, In block 40; lots 13. 14 and 15 in block 41 ; lots 1 and 3 in block 59; and lots 6 and 7 in block 67; all In Kinney & Uourley's addition to Salt Lake City. And it further appearing from said petition that one of the heirs-at-law of the deceased is a non-resident of the territory. "Now, therefore, upon motion of C. S. Varian, Esq., attorney for petitioner, it is ordered that Tuesday, the 13th day of October, A. D. 1H92, at 10 o'clock of said day, and the court room of said court in the county court house in the city and county of Salt Lake, be and the same are hereby appointed as the time and place for the hearing of raid petition. And it is further ordered that a copy of this order or-der be published six successive weeks in the Salt Lake Times, a newspaper published daily in said city and county. C. W.
