Show I TBUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, HENflT Denhaiter, Frank Ho.Tman and Lottla L. Hoffman, his wife, on tho 13th day of February, lblri, made, executed and delivered to W. S. Mc-Cornick Mc-Cornick their certain promissory note, for the principal sum of ten thousand (10,000) dollars, payable to ths order of the said W. S. McCornick, sixty (01) days after date, with interest thereon at the rate of one (1) per cent per month, payable monthly from date nntil paid, both before and after judgment, and Whereas, To secure tho payment of said noto, the eiid Henry Denhaiter, Frank Hoffman and Lcttt L. Hoffman, bis wife, en said day made, executed and delivered to Josiah Bamett, aa trustee trus-tee for the said W. S. McCornick, their certain trust deed in writing of that date, which said trust deed was duly certified, acknowledged and recorded in the olfice of the county recorder of Salt Lake county, Utah territory, on tho 17th day of February. 1892, at ten minutes past 10 o'clock, a.m., m book "3D" of mortgages, en pages 445-5, aud thereby conveyed to said Barnett ;tbe following follow-ing mining property, towit: "All those, certain pieces or parcels of mineral land, situate, lying and being in the Woet Mountain Mining district, county of Salt Lake, 1 territory of Utah, bounded and described as fol- 1 . Now. tterefore, at tbe request of W. 8. McCornick, McCor-nick, tho legal holderand owner of said note, and , , by virtue ?f th power and authority in me vested under f.nd y the terms of said deed of trust, I, Jcci&h Barnett, trustee as aforesaid, will on Monday, Mon-day, the 21st day of November, IHSri, at the hour of 10 o'clock a. m., at the south front door of tho county courthouse, in the city of Salt Lake, county of Salt Lake and territory of Utah, sell tbe said real property, wiih &e appurtenances, appurten-ances, together with tha Highland beard im house and all the machinery and bniljins situated thereon, belonging to said first parties, and hereinabove and in said deed of trust fullv described, and all the rt;ht, title, benefit and etjnity of redemption of the satd Horry Denhaiter, Den-haiter, Fraua Hoffman and Lottie L. Hoffman, bis wife, their heirs and assigns therein, at pabho vendae to the highest bidder for cah, for the purpose: pur-pose: 1st To pay the expenses of this trust, including in-cluding reasonable attorney and eouneol fees, aad compehsarioti to said trustee for his services.. Snd Pay the amount to the holder of said psora issoTy note that ho may have advanced for taxes', insurance or mechanics1 or other liens under the covenants in said trust deed contained, wih interest thereon at tbe rate ef one per cent (1 per cent) per month from the date of the payment thereof.
