Show THE COtJilY COURT. School Taxes Come Cp for Action Other Business Transacted. County court convened yesterday after-noo, after-noo, in pursuance to adjournment. All the selectmen were present. Judge Bartch occupied oc-cupied the chair. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved and the following business transacted: W. J . McCarthy, a pauper, was sent to the infirmary. W. A. Carter, who asked for release from tax sale of real estate, demonstrated that his tax had been paid, and the attorney was instructed in-structed to draw np a resolution granting the release. W. A. Bridges was allowed $75 on claim of pauper account. - Selectman Hardy was appointed to try to arrange with the railroads for a cheaper rate for tickets for paupers. The matter of equity between the Twenty-ninth Twenty-ninth and Sixty-sixth school districts, which had been made a special order for yesterday, , was taken np. Attorney Le Grand Young appeared for the Sixty-sixth district. The t question is one of equity to be decided by S the court The Sixty-sixth district was formed from a portion of the Twenty-ninth.
