Show Trustee's Sale. WHEREAS, OSCAR R. Z1PF, OFTHECITT and county of Salt Lake and territory of Utah, bv his certain deed of trust dated the Htlt day of February, A. D. 1880, and duly recorded in the office of the Recorder of said County of Salt Lake on the 14th day of February, A. D. 1K0O, to Rook 2L, of mortgages, at page 164-5 tl of the records of said County, conveyed to tho undersigned Edward H. Wicks of the City of Salt Lake and Territory of Utah, as trustee, those certain lots, pieces and parcels of laud situate, lying and lieing in the County of Salt Lake and Territory of Utah, described des-cribed as follows, to wit: Block 7 of Poplar drove addition to Salt Lake City, said block 7 Consisting of 40 lots numbered from 1 to 10 Inclusive, Inclu-sive, to secure to Charles IL Toll tlie payment of two certain promissory notes bearing even date with said deed of trust each for the sum ot $2000 and em h bearing interest from said date at th-s rate of eight (8) per cent per annum payable semiannually, semi-annually, one of said notes being due and payable six months after its said date and the other thereof tw elve months after its said date. And whereas it i provided in said deed of trust that should default be made in tho payment of the said note or any part thereof, or of any of thu interest thereon or any part thereof s the same should become due and payable, or m case of the breach of any of the covenants contained in -aid deed of trust, then the said Trustee the undersigned, un-dersigned, the said Edward B, Wicks may proceed to sell said described property or sny part thereof at public vendue for cash at the frout door of the county court aOQse in the City of Salt Lake, County of Salt Lake and 'territory of Utah, Hit giving twenty days notice of the time, place and terms of aale and the property prop-erty to be sold by advertisement in some newspaper news-paper printed in the English language and published pub-lished in the County Of Salt l ake aforesaid.
