NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT IN pursuance of an order of the Probate Court oE the city and county of Salt Lake, territory of ! Utah, made on the oth day of April, A. D. 1892, in ' the matter of the estatd of Peter Erekson, do-i do-i leased, the undersigned, theadminlstrators of tho said estate, will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, and subject to conflrma- tion bv said probate court, on Monday, the 2d '?av of May. lftrj, at 12 o'clock m., at the south door of the County Court House, in Salt Lako City and county, all the right, title, interest, and estate of the said Peier Erekson, at the time of hit ue:ith, and all the right, title, and intere.t that the said estate has, by operation of law or other-i other-i w.se scquiied other than or m addition to that of the said Peter Erekson. at tho time of his detith, in all that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the county of -Salt i.ake, territory of Utah, and bounded and described de-scribed as follows, to wit: Beginning west 1.85 chains from the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of section , in township 2 south, of range 1 west, of the Salt Lake meridian, running thence south seven (7) chains to wire fence on the south bank of ditch, thence north deg., Vest along said fence 8.73 chains, thence noith along wire tenco 15.ti0 chains, to point in county road, thence north 8.VJ4 deg,, east a bout 1 rod north of south lino of said road 8.72 bains, thence south on east bank of head ditch, thorn hedge, and row of trees 10.30 chains, more or less, to the point of beginning, containing 14 50-ltiO acres, more or less including about 1 rod in county road.
