Show Trustee's aln. WHEREAS, F. B. KOI BETS OF THE CITY ' and County of Salt Lake, Territory of Utah, by his certain deed of trust, dated tlio2"lst day of April, A. D. 18'J0, and duly recorded in tiie office ; of the Recorder of said County of Salt Lake on i the 21st day of April, A. D. 1890, in Book 2P of mortgages at page ITti et seip, of the records of said county, conveyed to the undersigned ridward B. Wicks, of the Cic. of Salt Lake aud Territory of Utah, as Trustee, those certain lots, pieces and parcels of land situate, lying and be.ng in the County of Salt Lake and Teiritory of Lrtah, describe,, de-scribe,, as follow s, to wit : Lots numbered 23, 24, 25 and 2, in Block numbered Id, of Poplar Grove Addition to Salt Lake City, to secure to Charles H. Toll the payment of two certain promissory notes bearing even date w itii said deed of trust, each bearing interest from said date at the rate of eight ii per cent per annum, payable sen i annual annu-al y, one of said notes being for 266.67, dus and payable one year after its said date, f.nd the other thereof for g2rtil 66, and duo and payable two years after its said date.
