Lett as president pres-ident of the real estate exchange last j night was a well-earned recognition of the business qualiticatious of a gentle-man gentle-man who, while he has gone all wrong on politics, has alwttys beeu earnest and energetic in his efforts on behalf of the material welfare and prosperity of Zion. During the last year of its existence the real estate exchange seems to have been hibernating. The Times is glad to see the sun of the spring tide bring it out of its hole, and expects to see it work up a little of its old-time activity. Tho outlook for Salt Lake realty has never been more favorable. Trices are linn, aud the demand is good.
