TVTHEREAS, JAMES p- EGBERTS OF THS VV city and county of Sal Lak -, and territory of Utah, by his certain deed of trust, dated the vil-t day of April, 1890, and duly recorded in the cliice of he recorder of said county of Salt Lake on the Jd day of May, A. D. ISiiU, iu Hook 8 P of mortgages, at page 344 et seq. of the records of said connty, convey ad to the undersigned, Edward B. 'tV c ks, of the city of Salt Luke and territory cf Utah, as trustee, tho-e certain lots, pieces an 1 parcels of land situate, lying aud beiug in the j anty of Salt Lake and territory ofUtah.de-s ofUtah.de-s r : ed as follows, to wit: Lots numbered 7, "JS, -il). 30, 31 and 3J, in block numbered 10 of Poplar iiroe addition to Salt L ,ke City, to ,-eciire to harles H. Toll the payment of two certain promissory prom-issory notes bearing even date with said deed of n ost, eaeh for the sum of 4uo, and each I earing Interest front said date a', the rate of eight (8, per ceiu per annum, payable semi-annually, one o said iio:es being due and payable one yetr after its said date, and the other thereof two years after its said date; and Whereas It is provided in said deed of trust thai should default be made in the payment of the said notes or any part thereof or any of the interest inter-est thereon, or any part thereof as the same should become due and payable, or to case of the bleach of any of tbe covenants contained in said deed of trust, then the said trustee, the undersigned, under-signed, Edward B. V irks, may proceed to seli said desenb-d property or any part thereof, at public vendue, for cash, at the front door of the ccinty court house in the city of Salt l.ake.county of oalt I ake, and territory of Utah, first giving twenty days notice of the time, place and terms of sale, and the property to be sold, by advertisement advertise-ment in some newspaper printed in the English language and published in thecounty of Salt Lak ' aforesaid; and Whereas, Mo payments either of principal or interest have been made upon either of said notes and there is now due thereon tlie sum of $800, with interest at tlie ra e of eight per cent per annum from the -lsi cay of April, A. i. 1890, and tho said .lames P. Pot erts is m default in the payment pay-ment of both the principal and tho interest duo upou said notes as aforesaid ; now Therefore. At the request of the legal holder of said note, by virtue of the power and authority in me vested, under and by the terms of said deed of trust !, Edward B. Wicks, tnistee us aforesaid, afore-said, will on Saturday, the 3Jd day of April, 1MJ2, at the hour of 111 o'clock a. in., at the front door of the county court house, in the city of Salt Lake countv of Salt Lake, and territory of Utah, sell the said real property and '. remises hereinbefore and in said deed of lrust fully described, and all the right, title, benefit, and equity of redemption of the said James P. Roberta, his hoirs and assigns as-signs therein, ;it public vendue, for cash, to tho highest bidder therefor, for the purpose of paying the amount duo as aforesaid for principal and in-t- rest upon said notes to the day of sale, together with the costs and expenses of executing the said trust.
