Show Trustee's Sale. VTHEREAS, LEONARD S. OSGOOD AND VV Kuma L. O-good his wife, on the first day of December, X8H, made, executed and delivered to Emit J. Raddate their certain promissory note for the principal sum of three thousand thi'-a hundred and sixtet n 30-100 dollars, payable to the order of the said Euiil J. Radial., ninety days after date thereof, with interest thereon nt tae rat ' of one (1) per cent per month until paid, and Whereas, to secure the payment of said note the i said Leonard S. Osgood and Ruma L. Osgood on i said day made, executed and delivered to S. Mc-j Mc-j I)o. ali as trustee for tiie said Emil J. Raddatz their certain trust deed in writing of that date, which said trust deed was duly certified, acknowledged acknowl-edged and recorded In the office of the County Recorder Re-corder of Tooele County, Utah Territory, on the third day of December. 1891, and thereby conveyed to said McDowall the follow iiiir mining pioperty, to wit. : An undivided three-fourths (M) interest of, in aud to the 4-No-U-l)on't" Lode, mining claim, situate in the Rush Valley Minium District in the said County of Tooele, designated as U. S. Survey, lot No. 88, and more particularly described de-scribed in and by said trust deed. Also un undivided undi-vided three fourths interest of, in and to tho Laura Lode, mining claim, situate in the said Rush Valley Mining District, County of Tooele, L'tnh. more' particularly described in and by the location certificate thereof recorded in Book F, at page 182 of the records in the office of the District Dis-trict Recorder of said Rush Valley Mining Dis trict and in and by said trust deed. Also one (1) upright boiler, engine and blower now upon said "Mo-l Don't" mining claim, and Whereas, it is provided, in said tru-'t deed that in case default bo made in the payment of said promissory note, that the said trustee might proceed pro-ceed to sell, and sell and dispose oi said premises or any part thereof, and all right, title, benett and equity of redemption of the -aid Leonard S. Osgood and Ruma L. Osgood, their heirs and a-Miin" ti.erein either in mas.-, or separate parcels par-cels at public auction on said premises or any pai t there, f, for the highest and best price the tume will bring in caaii, twenty days previous notice of such sale having been given oy publication pub-lication iu any newspaper at that time fublished in the county of Suit Lake, I tab-Territory, and out of the proceeds of such sale, first to pay thecostot advertising, selling and conveying said premises, mcludiug a reasonable commission, lo the trustee for his services aiid a reasonable attorney s ioe aud all other expenses of this trust. Secondly, to pay to the holder of said promissory promis-sory note such sums as he may have paid lor taxes or assessment on said premises, or to extinguish ex-tinguish any outstanding title or liens thereon. Thirdly, to pay the full amount of said prom issory note together with interest thereon : and, whereas, the said Leonard S. Osgood ani Rama L. Osgood have not paid said promissory note, nor any part thereof, and the same is past due and payable. Now, therefore, in consideration of the premises, and of i he power veste 1 in me by said Trust Deed and by request of til legal holder of said promissory note, 1 will, on the (STrlii Twemy-Se lentil day of April, 192, at Ten o'clock A.
