What a world of equivocation they will be saved in regard to their ages! Tbey have no kick coming. When on the rugged edne of 20 years they can with perfect truth say "At my lust birthday I was 1(5." When they are Dressing into the realms of ancient maidenhood between the years of 23 and 24 they can declare without a blush "At my last birthday I was 20." When at 38, the age when other girls are shelved they can gigglo "At my last birthday birth-day I was 24," and not know that they will have to answer to a lie. Bom on February 20; only one birthday every four years. How the other girls will envy them! Clarence W. Hall, justice of the peace in the Fifth precinct, is the father of one of these lucky little maidom. "It never raius but it pours."
