A. I). 1810, and the said J amea P. Roberts is in default in the payment pay-ment of both the principal and the interest due upon said notes as aforesaid; now Therefore. At the request of the legal holder of said notes, by virtue of the power and authority in me veered, under and by the terms of said deed of trust, I, Edward B. Wicks, trustee as aforesaid, afore-said, will on Saturday, tiie day of April, lb'jii, at the hour of 10 o clock a. m., at the front door of the county court house, in the city of sai Lake, county of Salt Lake und territory of Utah, sell the wiid real property and premises hereinbefore and in said deed of trust fully des ribed, and all the right, title, benelit, snd equity of redemption of ti.e said James P. Roberts, his heirs and assigns as-signs therein, at public vendue, for cash, to the highest bidder therefor, for the purpose of paying the amount due as afore aid for principal and in- 1 terest upon said notes to the day of sale, together with the costs and expenses of executing the said iirust.
