Show Trustee Sale. Weixias, William H. Whitney and Emms Whitney, his wife, executed, acknowledged and delivered their certain trust deel bearing data the 30th day of July, 1891, to James IL Bacon, trustee, to secure a certain promissory note, bearing bear-ing even date with said trust deed, and payable fiO days after the date thereof, to the order of Joseph B. Bacon, for $816.5S, with inte-est at the rate of 12 per cent per annum, which said trust deed is recorded in the recorder's erBce in Salt Lake countv, Utah, volume -'3d" of Trust Deeds onpages o, 68 and 5y, nnd Whreas, said William U. Whitney und l-'ruma Whitney, in and by said trust deed, to secure the payment of said note and intjrest. conveyed to said trustee tho following described property, situated in Salt Lake Citv, halt Lake county. Utah territory, to wit: Bejjin sixty-six (Wii feet west of the north-east corner of clock two (B), Kelsey & GiUeeDie subdivision of block forty-four (44), plat "C." Salt Le.ke City survey, running thence south one hundred and thirty-seven (Vjf) feet, to an alley, thence west thirty three (33) feet, thence north one hundred in 1 thirty-seveu 1 137) feet, thence east thirty-three (38) feet to place of beginnirg and Whereas, it ts provided in said trust deed among other things, that if default be made iu tho payment ot said note, or the Interest thereon, or arty part thereof, that then said trustee or his Bmcneaor in trust, shall, on the request of the holder or holders of said note, sell and dispose of said premises, and e.ery part thereof, and all of the rtght, title, benefit, and eqnity of redemption of said William 11. Whitney and Emma Whitney his wife, their heirs and Msigus, therein, either en mass, or in separate parcels, as the holder of said note may prefer, at the frout door of tae Court House in said County, or on said premises, as may fca specified in the notice of such sale, for the highest anil best price the same will bring in cash, after first giving thirty (30) days notice of such sale, in any newspaper, at that time pub-Lshed pub-Lshed in said c ounty, and. Whereas, the legal owner or holder of said noto has requested said trustee to give notice and sell said premises, Now, therefore, public notice is hereby given, that V. Jame H. Bacon, trustee as aforesaid, will on Wrdnesdav, the 13th day of ApriL A. D. 1892, at the hour of l'J o'clock, noon, of said day, ut the front door of the county court house, in and for said county, in Salt Lake City, Utah, sell at Sublic vendue, to the highest and best idder for cash, said premises herein before described, together with all right title, benefit and equity of redemption of said William H.
