By the courtesy of the Rio Grande Western railroad an excursion train was placed at the disposal of the members of tho Irrigation congress this morning to take them to Lel.i and Provo. The train left the depot at 8 o'clock, ui;ikitig tlie run to Provo in good time. Upon their arrival in the Gari'euCity carriages wore placed at their disposal and they were lirst driven to the insane a.-.ylum. As they were ail incurables none were admitted. They were then shown over the city, which ail thought a very pretty place surrounded by a magnificent country, and back to tho train which wns leaded for the Lehi sugar works. That important manufactory was carefully care-fully inspected and the machinery and buildings much admired. A committee fr.im the town of Lehi waited upon the delegation del-egation and invited the putty to partake of tho town's hospitality. Tho invitntion was accepted because the delesales were hungry and they expected a feed. 1'hey were not disappointed. dis-appointed.
