The oounty court met thi morning and up to noon hud transacted the follows fol-lows business: Lorenzo Dickert exhibited a rolief map of the territory and wanted the county to pay tli for it. Keferred. The petition of F. Beyle et ai asking for improvement of Eight West between Tenth and Eleventh .South was laid over. A. F. Cummingi appeared and asked for remuneration for household goods during hii incumbency as superintendent superintend-ent of county infirmary. Referred to committee on supplies butler and Hardy. J. N. Morris, superintendent of district dis-trict No. 17, appeared anil made report of condition of roads. Laid over until next meeting. Report of Superintendent Lewis of district No. 25 received and filed. The probate judge was instructed to give a deed to the estate of Marion I'erry which property was sold'twieeiu imt. , The committee appointed to visit Butter preoinct recommended that the roads should be repaired. The clerk was instructed to notify Stephen Hays to appear before the court at its next meeting. The petition of Neils S. Larson asking for remittance of taxes was referred to the county attorney who reported the claim could not be made. The petition of David McKenzie, which states that the decision of the equalization board pittced the value of the realty at 81 1.00(1 and not $1100 was read.
