Show II -for Ju.lt;. The school tax cases sent back by the supreme court came up before Judire Zane this morning ana will occupy the attention of the next term of court. The following orders were made: K. Ashton et al vs L. (i, Hardy etc; twenty days allowed in which to an swor. James Lowe et al vs L. (J. Hardy et al; same order. li. G. Kaybatild et al vs L, G. Hardy etc. lt. Voedcker vs Benj, K. Hulse et al; order staying proceedings and requiring requir-ing plaintiff to furnish security for costs. The arguments in the four cases involving in-volving the Strineham estate was concluded con-cluded and the matter submitted. Charles Schewmakor was admitted to bail in the sum of 1!500. In the case of Maria Bouillard vs. .1. W. Ilamtn. the demurrer was overruled over-ruled and tea days allowed in which to answer. |
