The foreign committee com-mittee of the Columbian Fair commission commis-sion ended its stay in England today in a bla.o of glory with a luncheon at the Savoy hotel. The banquet was attended at-tended by a company of distinguished guests such as is seldom collected beneath be-neath one roof. Th whole hotel was devoted to the use of the Araericaus and their friends. From the summit of the building waved an enormous American Amer-ican flag.'
