The court of , appeals has confirmed tho conviction of Anarchist Johann Most, who, about three years ago, was sentenced to a year in the penitentiary for holding an unlawful assembly anjl using incendiary in-cendiary language in commenting upon the execution of the Chicago anarchists. Most was very quiet after his conviction, convic-tion, ami so his appeal to tho supreme court was allowed to Ho unaotod upon for about a year, when it was finally disposed of. 'Tho decision was adverse, and the subsequent appeal to the court of appeals has kept the case pending, fur mora than a year. In the meantime mean-time Most has been out on bail; but then the last decision is not likely to take the big headed anarchist to jail just yet. His counsel said yesterday that they would at once take the case to the United Slates supreme court on a writ of error. |
