The court of appeals has confirmed tho conviction of Anarchist Johann Most, who, about three years ago, was sentenced to a year in the penitentiary for holding an unlawful assembly anjl using in-cendiary language in commenting upon the execution of the Chicago anarchists. Most was very quiet after his convic-tion, ami so his appeal to tho supreme court was allowed to Ho unaotod upon for about a year, when it was finally disposed of. 'Tho decision was adverse, and the subsequent appeal to the court of appeals has kept the case pending, fur mora than a year. In the mean-time Most has been out on bail; but then the last decision is not likely to take the big headed anarchist to jail just yet.
