A letter received at the Chinese consulate says that theChinaman Ah (iuong Tia having been acquitted of the charge of murdering murder-ing Poker Tom, P'"18 Indian, at Bridgeport, Cal.. ho was dragged from the courtroom and lurried over to tbe Indians, bv whom he was cut in two. The Chinese consul here will bring the matter to the attention of the Washington Wash-ington government. A special from Hawthorne Nevada, givea the ghastly details of the killing.
