The said action is brought to have a decree of this court dissolving the bonds of matrimony matri-mony between plaintiff and defendant, and granting plalntltt a di orce from defendant a vinculo ; allowing her to take her maiden name of Olive Clilbert, and for such other and further relief as is Just and eouitable; above relief prayed on the grounds that on or about the 1st day of August, lass, defendant willfully and without cause deserted and abandoned this plaintiff, and ever since has and still does so desert and abandon said plaintiff, and live separate and apart from her against her will and without her consent; and that since March 1st, It-SS defendant has failed and neglected to provide for plaintiff the common necessaries of life, although of sufficient ability so to do.
