Show BISHOP ATWOOD'S WILL. A I.nrthr Paper which H.U Forth tha Distribution or a Valuable K.ntate. The will of the late Bishop M. At-wood, At-wood, which was made on September 30, 1890, is longthy and disposes of property valued at about $175,000. The property is principally real estate situate at First Fast and Second South, 10x11 rods. According to the instrument instru-ment the trustees must hold the real1 estate "until the youngest or last grandchild which I now have or may hereafter have who may live to the age of twenty-one years, "shall arrive at that age." When the last or youngest grandchild of the deceased shall have attained majority the estate Is to be disposed of as follows: "One-third to each of my children then surviving, or in the event of the death of either of them or of either of my grandchildren the issue of a deceased child, before such division, the share of such deceased de-ceased child or grandchild shall be divided among the heirs or legatees and devisees of such deceased." The instrument concludes: "It is my earnest wish that my children should faithfully attend to the ordinances of the temple for my and their ancestors who havo perished without a knowledge knowl-edge of the gospel, and to this end and for this purpose I desire them to devote part of the funds which I now bequeath them."
