July wheat opened at $1.0!J to l.0t; against t-l.OlU at the I close yesterday. It advanced lo 10."J i aud up to the close fluctuated between j that and $1.04$. Corn was abo lower at the opening, i followed by a rally. The break en prices was caused by rumors that It. I. Hutchinson, the. veteran vet-eran speculator, was in financial trouble. No facts in evidence were given by those w ho talked of the matter I though it was reported that he had lost : heavily of both wheat and corn on the recent heavy advance and on the suli-seiiiwit suli-seiiiwit break. t 1 Hiiiehinsou was not to be found upon the Hour of the exchange and nothing I could b" learned as to the real situation ! of his affairs. The early rumors died, I but later it was said that Hutchinson i was mysteriously missing.
