The East Bench Rapid Transit company com-pany met to complete incorporation of their street railway company at the office of-fice of Judge Loofborow on Second South street this afternoon at 2 o'clock. This company owns and controls tho franchise from the southeast corner of Liberty park east ou Hoper street to Eleventh East street, thence south to tho South Boulevard and east to the penitentiary. The company proposes to immediately construct and put in operation an electric street railway on thn routo named. The full amount of stock has been subscribed and a new conveniency is shortly to be added to our city and suburban population which will bo greatly appreciated by thoso residing south and east of the city, on tho bench which is becoming go famous. Among the stockholders are J.T. Mi Nary, W. H. Irvine, Henry Sadler, llarvev Hardy, George Cris- inon, H. M. McCartney, C. E. Wantland, Judue Loofbourow, J. D, Perkins. K. B. Wicks, Boyd Park, and a large number num-ber of other residents of that part of the city through which the car line passes. The successful consummation of this enterurise is largely due to tho efforts of J." T. McNary who has repeatedly shown his faith and friendship for this city by the expending of money and time. Spencer Clawaon'a New Konldeue. Mr. Spencer Clawson, dry goods jobber, is having tho plans mado for a very handsome dwelling to bo erected on Second street two 'streets abovo Brigham. Architect Rletting, who has designed many of tho liuest buildings in this city, has had his wits at work for a dwelling that will make a pleasant home for Mr. Clawson and his delightful family. The plans show a high basement, containing the kitchen, pantry htid circular silver vault. The dining room will be on the : parlor floor. The halls are largo and the distinguishing feature is a tower over tho lauding of the stairs, with stained glass. A .beautiful effect is produced by illuming the glass with electric lights, which will be placed back of it. This tlood of colored light sheening down the stairways stair-ways and halls will be brilliant and enchanting. en-chanting. The st vie of the ext erior architecture ar-chitecture is of tho Elizabethian period, tho circular tower on the corner being the conspicuous feature. It will be built of Kyuno stone and when completed, though not as expensive expen-sive as a number of other dwellings, will be one of the most pleasing nonius in the city. Heal Kutata Eicliange.
