Army Recruiting Re-cruiting Station, 223 Ness Building, Salt Lake City. OPPORTUNITY TO VISIT ORIENT OFFERED TO ARMY RECRUITS The U- S. Army Recruiting Service Ser-vice is offering young men an attractive at-tractive opportunity to travel, according ac-cording to Colonel William C. Web. Thirty-five young men from the Intermountain Region will be enlisted en-listed during March tor service in the Philippine Department. The successful applicants will arrive In San Francisco, California on or before be-fore April 1st, and will leave that port on April 7th aboard the U. S. Army Transport U. S. Grant. A stopover of one day will be made in Honolulu and the transport will arrive In Manila on April 29th. After two years spent In the Islands, Is-lands, the men will return to the United States to complete their en-! en-! llstments. The return voyage will |
