| Show THOMPSON QUINCY ANNUAL secretary A L thomas has issued the annual report of the thompson quincy mining company operating in park city for the year ending october 31 1913 receipts were and expenditures mine operations are summed up as follows in the course of exploration the mine produced dry tons of mill ore dry tons of first class with about 35 tons of first class in transit to the smelters shelters sm elters at arese prese present nt making a total of tons there has been 1304 feet of drifts and feet of raises driven during the past year the drift east off east ra raise ise was driven feet and produced about tens of mill ore and tons of first class the face of the drift and a small bedding south of the fissure looks good at present the drift west off east raise was driven fifty six feet and produced about tons of mill ore and thirty tons of first class have quit working in this drift as part of the face was in waste and did not have facilities for handling it the drift east of west raise was driven feet and produced about tons of mill ore and forty tons of first class drove a raise from east end of top drift which produced about eighty tons of mill ore and is up thirty five feet at present the roof is in mineralized lime the drift west off west raise was driven eighty five feet and produced about tons of mill ore and twenty five tons of first class the face of the drift at present is in mill ore scoped about twelve tons of first class from a bedding south off west raise have started to make a connection between the harrington raise and the intermediate drift which will give facilities for handling the ore and waste and consequently be enabled to do more prospecting s |
