tha application for a writ of habeas corpus in the case o of Moyer Haywood and Pettibone and remand remanded ed the prisoners to the custody of the sheriff sherif of Canyon county At the re reQuest that the tion of these men Is in pursuance of a conspiracy The governor and Mr Hawley are asked to weigh the confes confessions confessions carefully and to use their best efforts to secure a 3 fair
