Show District Court. Tho attorneys in the mining suit of Leisenring, et al., vs. Clark, et al., having finished their arguments on Tuesday night, yesterday morning the court charged the jury, who retired, re-tired, and shortly thereafter returned a venlict for the plaintiffs. The defendants' de-fendants' counsel asked for end obtained ob-tained an onler for a stay of proceed ings for twenty days. Mary A. Harker vs. John A. Bernard, Ber-nard, et al.; demurrer to complaint withdrawn. Mary Ann Crane vs. George R. Maxwell. A jury was impaneled to try the suit, and several witnesses were examined, when some error in the pleadings appearing, the caso was put ofl, the jury being discharged. Klopenstine &, Miller vs. J. J. Stewart; referred to E. T. Sprague. W. W. Riter vs. J Erickson, et al.; trial by a jury. The caso was given to the jury last evening, but at a late hour no verdict had been returned. |
