Show . : Berger Russell. The audience at tbe theatre last night was large and appreciative. The entertainment 'given by the family is of a high order and the muBic-iovlut , munity had a rich treat. The boIo?, instrumental duets and overtures were masterpieces of melody and elicited loud and prolonged applause throughout the evening. Sol Smith Russell a king among comedians, and 'O his character sketches is instable. in-stable. From his first entrance to his final exit he creates laughter at almost every move, his facial expressions ex-pressions being exceedingly gooJ and extremely lunny. : This evening the Berger - Russell company appear again in an entire change of programme, when the theatre goers will have a chance to witness one of the most chaste, artistic ar-tistic and enjoyable entertainments that has been offered in a long time. There will be a matinee this afternoon after-noon at 1:30, to which ladies and children chil-dren should go. Tbe admission has been fixed at 2oc. for children and 50c. for adulbi. |
