About three weeks ago a fireman in tho employ of ths Union Pacific company, waa taken eick, and wont to the residence of his uncle, Johu Board, about a mile aud a half below Coalville, on Ihe Echo road. The nature of the disease was not known at tho time. Tho youug man remained re-mained at Beard's, until ho had recovered re-covered sufficiently to resume his work. Before Sunday, iiowcver, the family were visited by uany friends, and it is feared thai Lhe disease will spread. The house has been quarantined, and the ucct-s-aary precautious taken to prevent Iho further spread of the dis?ase. |
