Missouri river railroad company, and which is now completed complet-ed and known ne tha Burlington &. Missouri rivor railroad in Nebraska, a branch of thn Union Pacific railroad company. Tho bill provides that Iho Union Pacific railroad company shall opera to its lino in connection with tho 1 nuid Burlington A Minsnuri river railroad rail-road in Nebraska, and aln for the regulation of freight and passenger raton on all points of the branch line and tho main lino- of the Unicm anil Central Pacific railroads by the socro-lary socro-lary of tho interior, tho saul rates to ho fair and reasonable, and the secretary secre-tary in iiuthori,c.d to employ three competent experts to ascertain and report such facts as may bo necessary to enable him to carry out the provisions provis-ions of this act, and tho circuit court of tho United Htatos shall have power to compel the obnervanco of said act. |
