Maughan, tho chair appointed W. H. Maughan, J. H. Martineau aud M. D. Hammond a committee to nominate a list of delegates to the People's territorial convention to meet at Salt Lake city, October 7lh, 1S7G. The committee reported the following: DELEGATES. ALTERNATES. V. latUuwood.Win. Carbine. The list of delegates as reported was uii'inimously elected. Motion- whs mails and passed that each delegate have power to nominate his alternate. The alternates are opposite the respective re-spective delegates. Motion was made and passed that the delegates elected to the territorial convention also act as the People's central committee for Cacao county in the coming election.
