The new loan will be oflered in Europe, and associates may advance the price after that date, so it is desirable that large American subscriptions be made outside of commercial cities. Subscriptions will be largely paid in currency, and aa the bonds can legally be sold only for gold, banks must bo employed for the purchase of gold or remitting to New York associates associ-ates for that purpose; therefore the bondB are dated July 1st, but where subscriptions made this month are paid in full interest for the poriod from the date of the subscription to the dato of the bond will he remitted in a check by the treasurer of the United States.
